Elements Classes -

        Elements classes are 1-on-1 or private group classes.  They consist of 4 sessions with a trainer of your choice and are designed to prepare a beginning CrossFitter for the group classes. The Elements classes focus on the Foundational Movements of CrossFit, as well as other exercises such as the kipping pullup, kettlebell swing, and rowing.  The classes also stress CrossFit training methodology, proper body mechanics, and stretching and recovery.

 

 

Group Classes -

        Monday and Wednesday-

        6am, 7:30, 12pm, 5:30pm

        Tuesday and Thursday-

        12pm and 6pm

        Friday-

                                                                   6am, 7:30, 12pm, 5pm

                                                                          Saturday-

                                                                          10am

 

  Crossfit Seniors-

Monday and Wednesday-4pm
